Sewer Line Repair in Niagara Falls

Sewage started coming up in the basement shower and we panicked. They had a camera down the line within the hour and it turned out to be tree roots getting into the pipe. Cleared it, showed us the footage, and gave us options instead of pushing a full dig.

Fair and straight with us the whole way. They fixed the section that was cracked instead of talking us into replacing the entire line.

I assumed replacing a sewer line meant they'd tear up the whole front lawn. They managed to do most of it with a lot less digging than I expected, and the yard was pretty much back to normal after. The crew was tidy and explained every step before doing it.

Every drain in our older place had gotten slow at once, which apparently pointed to the main line. They sorted the blockage the same day and even hosed down where they'd worked before leaving.
